Borlum House Farm is a 1700’s farmhouse in Reay on the north coast of Scotland. We’re a working farm with lambs, chickens and Highland cows. As well as two self-catering holiday cottages – The Annex and The Lodge.
We welcome guests all year round from the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. Visitors come to enjoy the rugged scenery, the ancient history and the extensive local wildlife of the Scottish Highlands.

The Annex is part of the beautifully restored 1700’s Scottish farmhouse. Warm yourself in front of the log burner and enjoy the open-plan living room with a farmhouse-style kitchen. Pamper yourself with luxurious toiletries from Highland Lights, beautiful linens and gorgeous snuggly bathrobes. And enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the king-size bed with a Hypnos mattress.

The Lodge is the latest addition to our farm. This includes an open-plan living room with a welcoming wood burner and a farmhouse-style kitchen. Enjoy the comforts of lovely toiletries from Highland Lights, gorgeous linens and cosy bathrobes. During your stay, come and see our animals from Highland cows to peacocks and chickens. You’ll also experience amazing sunsets and magnificent views over Scotland’s north coast.
